Hello…I see the latest version is now 2.0.121. I’m interested in know what changes where made from version to version. Does HT provide or make public a change log?

These small build releases are just maintenance. You can see how much boring maintenance goes on here: https://github.com/sillsdev/hearthis/commits/master
If we do anything other than maintenance (which includes bug fixing), we put a note in the Release Notes.
