Add Menu Option that Supports an Image

End users are requesting to ‘Share’ via a QR code instead of the built-in ‘Share’ option.
Currently, adding a Menu item to the Navigation Drawer only supports a Link.

We could create a Contents Menu, but this is not desirable for some users.
I tried adding the QR code as the Navigation Drawer Image, but there is no option for text to explain the purpose of the Navigation Drawer Image. So that does not support different translations for the Interface.

REQUEST:
Add a Navigation Drawer Menu Option that supports an Image with associated text that can be translated.

Others have requested the ability to add HTML pages to the navigation drawer menu, for various reasons. That would also allow you to get a QR code.

But that feature request hasn’t yet been implemented.

Thank you for this suggestion. The next version of Scripture App Builder will allow navigation drawer menu items to point to an image.
