In SAB under “features”, “settings”, “audio” is the option to allow the user of the app to change the speed of audio playback.
I have that feature enabled with a check mark and yet in the app itself I don’t see any option to change the speed of audio playback.
Any ideas?

I think this feature depends on the Android version of the user’s device. Only more recent versions of Android support adjusting the speed, so if you’re using a phone with an older version of Android (<6?), then the option (of speeding up or slowing down the audio) won’t even appear.
@mjpenny is correct. In the release notes for v4.3, it states:
This feature is available only for Android devices running Android version 6.0 (Marshmallow) or higher.
