I’m testing using the AI Assistant - which is working amazingly well for discovery bible questions. However I have other book collections in the app which i don’t want the AI assistant tab to be applied to. Is there a way of turning it off for other book collections?

You can specify which books the Assistant can be used for (see the Books tab when you double-click on a task) - but you cannot specify some book collections and not others. We will note this as an enhancement request.

In SAB 12.3 you can specify book collections at the task level. See the ‘Book Collections’ tab for a task.

I’ve done your suggestion of specifying book collections per task. However, is it possible to remove the assistant tab entirely if there are no tasks assigned for that book collection? Currently I’m getting an assistant tab on a book collection with no prompts on it (just has the "How can i help"text).
