We’ve made some fairly minor updates to a Scriptoria Bible app (text corrections, change rules to fix titles), and initial testing seemed to be going along well. But on one phone, where the old version of the app worked fine to play audio from the audio folder (webm files in the Bible-Arabe-SHU-Audio folder found in the Music folder), the new version, compiled with SAB 12.4 is asking to download the audio files. If I download an audio file, it can then play that file again, as it has stored it in:
\Android\data\org.ipsapps.chad.shu.bible.latn\files\Bible-Arabe-SHU-Audio
And if I copy files from the main audio folder to this Android\data
folder, it can play those as well. But why isn’t it able to find and play the audio from the Music folder? I’ve uninstalled and re-installed the app, restarted the phone, etc.
Any thoughts?
