Is it possible to add some books/collection of books to the navigation menu???
Or can it be a feature request? so that I can add votes for it to get implemented.
I want to add Glossary book separately in the navigation menu for quick access to all the words.

What do you mean by the Navigation menu?
The one at the top of the app that lists books? If so that can have books grouped. But they all need to be in the same collection.
There is the Contents menu that can optionally be used. It is totally flexible. It can point to books in any collection.
In Navigation menu, above the history tab or bookmarks tab.
Sorry, I wanted to say that book collection tab must be in drawer menu, instead the small icon on the top right corner. It will be easily accessible and will look better.
