Cross references are not working properly

Hi,
In SAB 12.3 some of the cross-references are not working properly.

Which App: Android, iOS, or PWA?

Did it work correctly in a previous version? If so, which?

Thank you for quick reply. This issue is coming in Android App; I tried previous version, but same issue there too.

How are the cross references formatted in the SFM file? First you can check out the USFM user reference document and check that they are done correctly

Dear Friedo,
I appreciate your response.
I made sure all the markers were in order, then I attempted to develop the program on a different machine,
and all the cross references were activated.
Both computers are running SAB 12.3, I’m not sure what went wrong with the other one.

Good to hear that it is working for you now. Yes, that’s strange that it wouldn’t work on one computer but on the other…
