How to add box/border around text

Hi
I can change the background colour of the text, but I can’t place a border/box line around any specific marker. I’m not referring to the main border, but to any individual marker.

Please advise whether this is achievable.
On my Macbook Pro, I’m using SAB 11.0.2.
