Could anyone assist with developing my app, which compiles multiple versions of Bible book collections into a single platform, allowing users to stream Bible audio for different books or versions?
If I have 4 versions in my single platform, how can I add the audio Bible from FCBH for each version?
If you would like to add audio from FCBH to your app, you can find instructions about that in SAB > Help > Building Apps. Go down to chapter 12.1.1 Under 4. FCBH Bible Brain you can find detailed instructions. You will need to sign up at https://biblebrain.com and then you will receive the necessary API key for the app.
It’s a bit complicated but maybe you can figure it out? I believe at some stage you will need to download the entire audio files from FCBH and add them to your app. Otherwise you can’t include them in your app and match them with the right file source.
Please follow Friedo’s instructions to request and obtain an API key from Bible Brain.
Once you have the API key and the required Fileset ID, create separate book collections for each version. Make sure to add both the text and audio content for each version to its respective collection.
After that, update the Audio File Source by adding the version details and mapping them correctly to the audio files within their respective book collections. (Refer to the below screenshot.)
