LTR and language issues in Plans

I’ve been experimenting with Reading Plans.
There are a couple things that would help me make it more suitable for the language the app is in. I don’t know if these are things in SAB that I haven’t found yet, if there is a hack or if it is something that could be introduced in the future.

Firstly, the numbers are not in the Arabic script. Numbers are in Arabic elsewhere in the app like chapters and verses.
Here is Day of the Month as an example but there are others.

Secondly and related,
The length of the plan (in red) has the number (again in English) to the left of the word for ‘day’ which looks backwards. It is correct in the Title (Proverbs in 31 days) which we translated.

Thirdly,
In the screenshots above and below, the text is aligned left. I have looked in Appearance>Styles, and searched ‘plan’ but can’t find anything there that is aligned left. Most things in the app are aligned right, like Settings for example, so I don’t understand why the default isn’t used here.

Thanks in advance,
Craig

I can’t help with the first two, but for the third issue it’s possible you can work around the problem by using html direction codes rather than relying on SAB’s styles.

<p dir="rtl">wrap your text in this</p>
