In my iOS app there is a notification badge on the app’s icon. Presumably this is from the verse of the day or daily reminder feature. When you open the app there is no way of seeing what the notification was or of clearing it. Is there a way of preventing this from appearing or of seeing what the recent notifications were?

I noticed the same problem. It only clears when the notification is tapped. If the notification is dismissed or the app is opened directly, the badge doesn’t clear.
