I’m encountering an issue where the number of installs shown in my Play Console (51K+) is significantly higher than the number of downloads displayed on the Play Store (10K+).

I’ve checked my Play Console settings and couldn’t find any discrepancies or configuration errors that might be causing this difference.

I’m wondering if this is a known issue or if there’s a specific reason for this discrepancy. I’d appreciate any insights or suggestions on how to resolve this.

It is not surprising that these two numbers differ. In the developer account you can see the actual download numbers. The Play Store works with thresholds. How Google Displays the App Installs Count on Google Play Listing? - Blog - CPIDroid™
After 10,000+ the next one is 50,000+. The strange thing in your case is that it should have jumped to 50K+ but perhaps the threshold was only crossed recently. The article says “If your app crosses any threshold, it takes around a week or so to update on the Play Store.”
