We recorded our gospel translations with section headings. A partner has asked to use our recordings in a movie, but with the section headings omitted. Is there an easy way to take the existing recordings and create a version that cuts out the section headings? I figure I can go through, listen manually and annotate the “address” of each section heading and then go through the audio files and delete them but wondered if there’s a button that does that in one swoop.
Yes, this is easy to do. On the More menu, select Settings. In the Settings dialog, select the section head style(s) to be skipped. Now when you produce export the sound files, those recordings will not be included. The files themselves will not be lost, so if you later clear the checkboxes for those skipped styles, you will once again be able to listen to those clips and include them in subsequent publications.
