When I first launch the app, I can start downloading audios. However, after I download all chapters for one whole book, it does not allow me to download more chapters from another book. For example, I can download audios for 28 chapters of Matthew. But I cannot continue downloading Mark until I reboot the phone. After rebooting, I can download 16 chapters of Mark. But I need to reboot again in order to download 24 chapters of Luke, and so on. I noticed this problem in the previous version SAB 12.4 as well. I wonder if anyone else is experiencing this problem. Local people will probably not reboot their phones when they get stuck with downloads so if it’s a bug, I hope SAB developers can fix it. Thank you!

Just to make sure I understand, when you launch the app, are you going to the (new) downloads menu item in the navigation drawer (which opens the new downloads manager)? Then selecting Matthew and downloading all the chapters? At that point, if you select Mark, what happens? I tested it and it works for me. Can you test on another model of phone?

Hi Andrew. Thanks for replying to my post. I needed help for this issue.
I guess I didn’t describe the issue clear enough. If I use the download manager, everything works fine. But if I download audio for each chapter by navigating through each chapter, then I get stuck at the first chapter of a new book. I see the popup message that reads “downloading” but there is no progress.
Can you try downloading Philippians 1-4, one chapter at a time by manually navigating through each chapter? Then go to colossians 1 and see if you can download it. I wonder if this is happening to others.
