SIL Language Software had to start using a new certificate to sign Windows installs. Microsoft Defender SmartScreen will prevent the installation since it is built on reputation (people safely installing it).
To work-around this, just click on the More info link and then click on Run anyway. This will build up positive reputation as well. Eventually SmartScreen will not display this in the future.
