Previously the audio file converter worked great and saved lots of time when experimenting with different size audio files.
With v 10.3 and after this tool is not working to produce 3gp or webm format.
Anyone know any fixes? What folder does ffmpeg.exe need to be in? On my laptop it is in the C:\Program Files (x86)\SIL\Scripture App Builder\bin folder.
