Building some song books, I noticed that the song index was empty. It turns out that was because I used \s1 for the titles instead of \s. (I used \s1 because there are some “sub-titles” on these songs, with Scripture references or references to a source language song, which I made into \s2’s.) I think it’s better form to use \s1 if you are going to have \s2’s. So can you please make SAB recognize \s1 as well as \s when it is building the song book index?

I totally agree. It has bugged me for some time that \s and \s1 are not treated the same in songs. That is aside from not conforming to USFM standards.
It is fixed in the next release.
