Splash Screen and App Toolbar Background feature requests

Feature Requests:

  1. Splash Screen: Option to tap to advance (instead of the timer), in case the user wants to look at the artwork, read instructions, etc.

  2. Ability to have more than one splash screen in sequence.

  3. Allow an image to replace the background of the “App Toolbar” at the top of the screen.
