Stop auto assigment of audio file chapter nums

How can I stop SAB and RAB from automatically assigning chapter numbers to audio files I import?

Unfortunately because the filenames include digits (sermons with references) SAB and RAB both seem to look for the last available number in a file name and assign a chapter accordingly. This means that if I drag and drop 70 audio files they will be assigned chapters at SAB’s algorithmic whim, and reject any subsequent file it deems as needing the same chapter number.

I would like to be able to organise the files myself, then drop them all into SAB/RAB with consequitive chapter numbers and have them thus correspond to the SFM file with each sermon’s outline.

Is this possible without having to add each file individually and changing the assigned chapter number?

I work out a work-around: added consecutive numbers (in brackets) to the end of each of the file names.

The auto-assign-chapter routine took the final numbers as the ‘chapters’.
