It appears that the https://software.sil.org/scriptureappbuilder/support/ page has not been sending messages to the TeamHelp system, even if it says it was successful at times.
So if you submitted there and got no reply, that would seem to be the reason.
A server change is imminent and it is expected to be resolved then.
