Where to send crash data?

Often when I launch HearThis I get a “mild crash” (yellow window) about some audio issue.

Trying to be nice and to report this back, I get this error message from the e-mail system:

Address not found

Your message wasn’t delivered to issues@hearthis.palaso.org because the domain hearthis.palaso.org couldn’t be found. Check for typos or unnecessary spaces and try again.

But I did not invent this address at palaso.org, it was given to me “from the yellow window”. So maybe the developpers might want to update something (at the risk of getting more crash data…).

If there is a better address, I will re-send the mail gladly.

Yeah, turns out “the developers” are different people from the server admins, who have a tendency to make things go away once in while as they tidy up :slight_smile: We’ll see if they’ll bring it back. Meanwhile you can use hearthisissues@gmail.com.
