I am trying to get a HearThis packet installed on my computer but am unsure how to go about doing it. I will try to make this as brief as possible. I am working with a translation team in Africa. They recorded Luke using Hearthis. I want to get the recording on my computer. I had their packet sent to me via Dropbox. I tried installing their packet on my updated Hearthis application. I guessed and used the “merge” feature. It seemed to try uploading the packet but failed. Any help would be appreciated.
