Add a "Checked" or "Approved" column to indicate that a translation has been checked for accuracy/correctness

Could have an option that determines whether or not this column is checked by default. This could then also be used as a means of indicating that a translator is uncertain of the translation and would like another person on the team (e.g., the facilitator) to check the translation.
