App Store Connect: Localizable Information Error

I’m trying to submit a book app that I created using SAB for review at App Store Connect and am almost there. Only one problem:

I’m failing with Localizable Information under Version Information.

I selected English (US) because my desired locality is not found in the drop down list.

The error message said:
English (U.S. ) - Description - This field is required

How can this be resolved?

Let me answer my own question because other people may be benefited too.
I know what happened. I did not fill out the Promotional Text and Description sections because I din’t think they were necessary. So the moral of the story is fill out every text input, answer every questions, and anything else in between. Don’t leave anything blank.
