Book List - Font Cut off on the Bottom

I am building SAB with Book List instead of Book Grid, but the Devanagari (Annapurna SIL Nepal 1.204) font diacritics are cut off on the bottom. This happened with 4.5 and 6.02. Which style can I adjust to fix this?

The font is bigger for the Book List than for the Book Grid. Book Grid looks fine.

Styles > User Interface Styles > Selectors > ui.button.book-list

Change the font-size.
