Cannot revert from Video file to Video stream

I tried setting both a Video file and a Video stream, figuring it might give the user a choice (it doesn’t, it only offers the file download).
Trouble is, if you try to set it back to only offering a stream, it doesn’t work - you have to delete the video again because it cannot empty the filename field. SAB 9.0.1 on Windows.
