We had an issue with a user who would get to 100% of the build progress bar and the progress bar disappeared but no command window showed up.
We fixed the issue when we found in the Settings > Build Folders > Build Folder that the user name in the path was the old DOS truncated 8 digit form FIRSTN~1 instead of the full First Name
Changing to the full user name fixed the issue.
