Detailed Analytics for SAB app

Good day all,

I wanted to find out if it is possible to have detailed analytics for SAB apps.
We currently use Google analytics to view the default analytics available.

What we are looking for is:

  • How many times a book has been accessed.
  • How many times a chapter or verse has been viewed/accessed.

If anyone knows how this can be achieved, it will be greatly appreciated.

When you say Google analytics, do you mean Firebase?

I have a task to add reporting of Analytics on chapter access (which would include information on collection and book). This would essentially be when a user has been on a chapter for a certain amount of time (long enough to be added to the history) so that we don’t report on chapters that are swiped through. I plan to work on it next quarter (April - June).

Is that what you looking for? Is there more?

Howsit Chris,

Yes I meant Firebase.
Chapter and Book access reporting is perfect, so glad to know it is on the roadmap.
One other question that I have, would these analytics include none Bible books - of course they would have to have chapters in it.
