We have been aware that there have been some performance problems with Scriptoria displaying the project page.
The project page contains information about the product files associated with the builds of the products. This information keeps on growing with each build and seems to be slowing down the page and also causing the backend to query more data to display the project page. If you have multiple products with many builds, it gets worse. We believe it also causing the backend server to run out of memory and crash, making the problem worse.
We have moved the access to the Product Files from the tab at the top to the context menu at the end of the product.
This will bring up a separate page with just the build information for just the product selected. The list of files will be expanded as well.
We hope that this will help with performance of displaying the project page and stability of the services.
