Is there a way to move the task back if the transcriber hadn’t finished transcribing the whole thing and clicked Submit (passed it onto Review) by mistake?
Yes, the admin user can click on the project icon which brings up the project settings screen. Then The admin user can click on the task which brings up the task details dialog. scrolling to the bottom, you will find the milestones. You can put it back to “start” and it will be available for further transcription.
