Thumb for moving the pane center in wrong place for right-to-left layout and landscape mode

If I have two collections displayed and I am working with a RTL text as my main text and I turn my phone sideways, the thumb image is on the opposite side of where it should be. See below image.

There is also strange behavior in the iOS app. There, dragging left makes the thumb go to the right.
