We have a required user registration on first use of our apps. A lot of our support queries are users with Samsung devices where the registration does not go through, and they are unable to use the app further.
Does anyone know if there is a workaround that can be done on their device?
We would prefer not to have the registration as optional.
@GregAshleyCooper are you able to reproduce this problem on any Samsung devices you have in your office, or among friends or family? If so, it would be helpful if you could access the “logcat” error log and send us the part that shows which error is happening.
