User should be ask to optional update latest app version if exist

Hi,
It would be of great convenience if a feature in SAB like a user should be ask to optional update or mandatory update the app whenever there is a new version of the app when the app is opened.

As the user mostly are not aware of the new app version being published on Playstore.

If exist kindly guide.
